Searching YouTube for underwater-themed inspiration, as I often do when I'm at a loss for what to draw, I came across a clip from a Japanese game show featuring the girls from pop idol mega-group AKB48 competing in an underwater breath-holding contest. And me personally, when I think AKB48, I think of the Sugar Rush song they did for Wreck-It Ralph. So I got inspired to draw the Sugar Rush racers challenging each other to the same sort of bubbly competition. All you need is a tank full of blue raspberry cola and a fairly decent lung capacity
