lol My two fav' characters of Foster's. I could see this happening, but not in any deadly deep depths. Maybe like at a aquarium or a swimming pool. ^^

I still think the bubble-head thing is too bizarre, but then again, it wasn't my idea. That's the way my fan art works - I can think of a million legitimate reasons for Frankie to be underwater with all her clothes on, but under what circumstances would her head be encased in a giant bubble?

Maybe she imagined a air bubble friend to save her, or maybe Bloo was playing pranks on people with blowing bubbles. Maybe weak suggestions, but I can imagine it happening. ^_^
