Description
Possibly one of the most annoying enemies in Sonic 1. Unlike their red counterpart, green Orbinauts keep moving andnever throw their spiked balls. So unless you're invincible or something, there is NO way to beat these guys without getting hit.Though, they did make them a bit more forgiving in Sonic 4 where they occasionally spread out there spiked balls for a moment, but it's still hard to hit them...

Nice job on this.
Though there is a way to beat them without getting hit, but it is rather difficult. You have to jump on them in the in-between area of the spiked balls and hit them. I've tried it before and it worked, though it isn't very easy to pull off.

Povero Sonic, but that's what the player had to do to not get hurt.
Awesome work!

Yes, I hated those things big time, 'cause every time I jumped on one I seemed to lose my rings. I had to wait 'til it was unprotected to smash it.

Yeah, I see where you're coming from. Those things could be a real pain.
Strangely enough, though, when the debug mode is enabled, there are some placable green Orbinauts that DO launch their spikes. I don't know why they aren't like that by normal means.
