- Forced perspective with bokeh: [link]
Materials and Methods
Nikon D80 + 50mm F1.8 + IR remote. Christmas lights hung in the background along with some more back lighting. A lot of trial and error to get the composition right. GIMP for post editing. Decreased blue content to make the background more even. Color balancing and curves for the final colors. The bubble wand is white so it didn't cast such a good silhouette.
Additional Comments
Not sure if I like the colors but I wanted something blue-ish. For some reason this reminds me of those complete-these-words segments in kids shows: BA - OKEH , BA - UBBLES
More fun with bokeh:

How do you do the lights? How do you make them look that way? As in exactly doing them they way you want?

You have to arrange the lights in the shape you want them to be in. See the tutorial linked in the Artist's Comments for more info.

Wow,
I could not take my eyes of your Bokeh Bubbles pictures. I think I am very interested in making something similar.
Any tips to start with.
Thank you,
Adeeb
