Fun fact, when Godzilla vs. Mothra (1964) was released in America, it was released under the title "Godzilla vs. The Thing". They kept Mothra's role in the film a secret to put more buts in the seat. However, I always wondered what it would be like if Godzilla came in contact with the alien being from John Carpenter's The Thing. The overall look of this one is inspired by the famous 'chest bursting' scene in the movie.Related content

When I saw this American poster with Godzilla and Mothra, I thought that there will be Goji fighting with Carpenter's Thing. It would be strange.
