WELL ! I felt like making a handful of tutorials after taking some notes for myself and this is the result. I hope somebody out there finds this a little helpful. The next two parts will focus solely on faces, and i think everyone will find them much more interesting. Just wanted to get this one out of the way first.

VERY useful!
So many people still tend to draw people with the same body shapes all the time, falling into a kind of pit after a while. Gets boring.
It's good to see a tutorial explaining the need for different body types!

anyway, useful tute...i wonder how well it applies to more realistic styles where we can't be so casual about body shapes?

everyone has unique body shapes in real life as well, which is what i make a note of in the tut. Pear, rectangle, triangle, etc are all actual terms used to described said body types. even then everyone has a certain way that they hold themselves (body language- which i'll cover in a later tut).
