Er, hate to tell you this, but that "guy" is a filly, a girl. Take a look at the eyelashes on her left eye in that last panel. Female ponies have eyelashes; males don't.
Just a bit of FYI there.
And it looks like ALL of those bullies are fillies. And, like the one in 'Shy's personal space, (to quote Shenzi from Lion King 1) ug - ly!!!
