Description
Anyone played the new game Ghost of Tsushima?
You would be playing a samurai fighting against the Mongol invasion of the 14th century.
Here i painted the ancestors of those very same Mongols for my worldbuildong, the Khitan.
While still being a deadly and formidably foe in the 9th century they are yet to become the force of nature brought forth by the legacy of Genghis Khan centuries later.
Would love to know your thoughts on this one!

Well if theyβre anything like the mongols- their armor would look a little different, but I think since theyβd be tied to related groups in siberia- the lower ranks might have had armor made of bone-or horn or perhaps some layers of cloth/hide.
