Madeleine Forrester and Gemma Posforth-Hamilton are excited about the six-weeks Summer Break as it will allow them to travel to new locations (well... get an adult to drive them there if it is too far outside of Mettleham) and pick up new species of lemurs to add to their Lemur Sanctuary .

Most of the students at St Tibb's have moved on from the Lemur Sanctuary craze that gripped the school earlier this year and onto the next fad, but Maddie and Gemma are still heavily into the game with plenty of determination to continue.

In this picture, we see the girls in Maddie's bedroom on the first Saturday of Summer Break, huddled around Maddie's laptop as she loads up the Wikipedia page listing all known species of lemur. About half are familiar to them through their involvement with the game but the other half leaves them impressed that there are many species they have not even seen being discussed on forums such as Lemur Lounge never mind discovering through the app. Allegedly, the developers of the app have included every known lemur species so Maddie and Gemma are quite excited that they are perhaps only half way through collecting them all.

"I'll copy this list into a Word document and make two columns so we can tick off which ones we've got," Maddie declares and sets about doing so.

Who knows what adventures Lemur Sanctuary will create for the pair over their break from school!
