The stock doesn't look like it belongs there.

Could you give me an estimate on you asthetically modding a gun I modded. It is an alpha trooper that needs a stock addition that goes 5 inches back. I want a paint job like you did in [link] In the back stock I would like the same grill that you used in [link] I would also like a barrel like you did in [link] Also is there any way you could make a clip look like tha but still function? I need to have a clip like that or a curved clip. Thanks!

I'm an open book, ask anything you like. I suggest The Spatcave.com "Spulse" rifle as a good base for a paint up. From there the sky is the limit as far as pulse rifle builds... you can expect to pay about $600 -$700 for one of mine depending on options... more for airsofts and of course you can spend huge dollars on ones with all metal parts.

Thanks as always, Matt. I have been talking to Mr Spat and I'll probably be getting one to paint up for a client. For yours, do you have a place with price breakdown on just the unfinished full resin kits? Thanks bud

I'm currently retooling the kit so it's hard to predict but somewhere in the $550-$600 range for a base model.

Very kind praise, it was a blast to see it all come together finally Did you see the finished steampunk rifle I also finished up today? It's a totally different style of course, but I kinda fancy it too.

I certainly did. The paint is clean as always and the overall look is very cool... and that wood grain bit in the middle, that was nothing short of perfect (kinda wish there was more of it)! But personally I'm just not a fan of the Longstrike + Recon Barrel combo. In my head the aesthetics just don't match up. S'just a matter of taste, though, and your LongCon is by far the best variant I've seen. Yes, I probably should have posted this on that picture, but, meh, posting here instead. Because down with social norms and "Sense"!

Hear hear! Haha I really appreciate that no matter where you post it! Expect more wood on future versions, I just had to go with their input for this one, but the next will be my way until its done

You're right about how some parts don't match up with other parts, especially when you're working with slotted and vented parts like putting a Recon barrel on a Long shot. I really like the Longstrike with Recon barrel and the way he tied the two together with the gold paint.
Also, the cell powered blaster looks pretty awesome, but if the lower black block is supposed to be the cell, I would have put the electrical hazard decals on that, not the upper part of the gun. That large rectangular part of the gun is good for large, rectangular warning labels.
