Description
Slightly spoilish for "Fury", but not a spoiler for "Revelation" nor "Invincible". Just me guessing, more like hoping, what will happened, based on how "Fury" ended.After reading "Fury" I started thinking about a short "what if" fanfic of Jaina confronting Jacen after being trained by Boba Fett and couldn't get the image of her in Fett armor out of my head
. I didn't have any reference material back when I drew this, but I did find serveral Boba images when I inked it the day before so it looks a little more accurate, but then I didn't want to make look exactly like Fett's armor, I wanted her to look a little Jedi-ish. But now I want to go back a use more Jango looking armor, which does look cooler than Boba's. Plus I now want to give Jaina Jango's Batman-blades on the gauntlet, heheheh.In this fanfic the confrontation takes place on some world with a rainforest, which is why she's standing in shallow water.

Nice job! I made a Star Wars fic based from what I read on Wookieepedia, called the Mandalorian Knights, which is true by the way, look them up. And seeing Jade in this armor is just awesome!

Yeah, it's Fett armor (or Mandalorian). I did this rough sketch back when we first found out Jaina was going to train with Boba Fett. Of course, she never actually wears armor, but I thought it would be cool to draw her in it.

And I wish they ahd done it. Cause all signs point to Jaina and Jag getting together and their kid being the next Imperial Emperor. So her in Armor, would have been a great tidbit foreshadowing to create the Imperial Knights from.

who uses a single lightsaber these days any more? everyone seems to be fighting jar kai or with staff saber. lol only kidding. I play too much Jedi Academy...that's probably why I got that (probably false) impression. female Fett armour eh? cool. especially like the cape. great work

I still play Jedi Academy every once in awhile. And I too used to be all about double-bladed and dual sabers back when the game first came out. But now I prefer a single saber. You can just do a lot more with it, and it's cool when you take down those double and dual weilders. It's especially sweet when you chop a saber staff in half

Glad I can help with that. It does seem that's the direction they're going. But it remains to be seen how well they can do it. Jaina was also supposed to be the one leading the hunt for Alema but Zek and Jag were the ones who had all the fun in that mission

Thanks. The way I've been choreographing the fight in my head she's certainly going to try every trick the armor gives her. Though I probably won't give her the jetpack and rocket launcher, that may be over killing it

Well, I'm going to read "Fury" in 2009, couse then it will be translated and published in polish (my english is not that good to read 3 or 4 hundred pages without using a dictionary all the time) so I think you'll finish this pic earlier than I can see it

Whoa, I hadn't seen the cover for "Invincible" (was wondering where Day-dreamy got that avatar) but that's actually a pretty good representation of what happens in my fic. But you're right, the covers, the American covers anyway, aren't always accurate. The Japanese covers however seem to be very accurate, so if they're being consistant with how her lightsaber looked like in those covers then she might be holding Anakin's lightsaber on this cover.
