I wanted to show off the size of my Blastoise, so here is a size comparison.
This is a male, generally its difficult to tell the difference between males and females as they are similar in size.
I'm really happy with how this turned out

I donβt think it give off a suitmation vibe at all? And yes, thereβs not a lot of turtle in the because thereβs not a lot in the original design. Blastoise are a blend of both mammalian and reptilian tropes. Beside from its shell and scales thereβs more bear in Blastoise than Turtle.

There are going to be certain elements of the anime that just couldnβt work in the real world, I think we just have to take things like that with a pinch of salt π
