Damn, this is impressive! You really balanced out the realism and stylization for Bowser. Everything from his beady eyes, his mottled, wrinkly skin and fiery mane look fantastic and yet don't overwhelm with needless details or oversaturated depth.

The only thing that really stands out to me is how smooth and featureless his spiked collar and bracelets are compared to the more rough and gritty textures on his flesh and shell. Otherwise this is a great example of how to make cartoon characters look realistic while still keeping them recognisable.

Thank you Well I wanted the collar to seem quite new, I created a back story in my head that the collars weren't decoration as such but left over from an elaborate prison he was held in by the Mushroom Kingdom, but was broken out by his followers. He decided to keep them as not only a reminder of his incarceration but to as an intimidation technique.

I do actually, it's a MUCH better and more accurate live action Bowser and live action Mario. All we need is a more sensible plot that at least has SOMETHING to do with Mario and some better actors and we've got Mario
