Description
Here are some deepsea fish (electric water) called (small) Plankbulb(male/purple) Anglebulb and Lurebulb (female/yellow).
They evolve to either fish depending on what sex they are.

well fish in the real world use electricity to stun their prey.. i guess they would have way of channeling it... plus there are already water electric pokemon?

Thats cool, didnt think it was mean, i thought that if i made it smaller it might confuse the evolution, so i made them the same size, but maybe there the same size when they evolve then the female grows huge?
