My friend, I gotta say that this is awesome.
As a previous commenter had already made you aware of most of the problems I intended to address (the pouches and such), I have only one thing to add if you do intend to make her a fighter: Lose the high heels. I've heard and seen time and time again that those things are extremely impractical for any form of combat.
Other than that, again, this is awesome.

The addition of wolf clasp and buckle is subtle. I also appreciate the clothing choices, well the fact she has clothing at all. This outfit speaks to the latest trend of Little Red as the big bad hunter. Would love to see some other fairy tale people get a badassery make-over with this much attention to detail and still be true to character. Are we to assume the blonde makes her a little slow on the uptake? "my what big teeth you have. . . "

well considering the fact that the traditional little red riding hood was young and girly, now this one is womanly and badass.. and HOT!! i would say yea
always good to show someone a new side of things and sorta "prove them wrong"

A great idea and I like how this one has been done. You have avoided the very common method of removing clothes from Badass heronies and made her outfit a pratical affair. There's just a few details I think you might need to watch.
The first thing is proportions. This is something I from personal experience can be a complete pain in the body to try and get right. The thing is, based on her body, I get the feeling her limbs should have a little more muscle to them then they currently have. Not much but if she is going to take on a wolf and anything else, she should look like she's seen a bit of action and worked at her craft. Right now she looks a little on the slim side for tackling the wolf.
The other thing is you might want to add a bag or two to her belt. This is purely so she can reload or grab a net. If nothing else a couple of wolf teeth added for decoration can add to the sense that she's not about to run from some over grown dog in a dress.
Other than that, I think this is a really nice outfit. The muted colours are a nice touch as, while still giving her the famous colouration, I can believe she'd blend into a woodland. It looks practical and comfortable to move in makeing me believe that she'd take a wolf on not only without fear but come out of the experience on top.

Thanks for the tips. I was thinking of her movements more like a gymnist rather than muscly. So she dodges attacks, never really getting close enough for something to get bitten off. and I think the bags and the teeth are a nice tough, Ill take that into account next time

To each their own. It takes watching a movie to make a proper opinion of it though.
I found it was okay for a werewolf movie, even if the werewolves had the same reaction to silver that the vampires had in the Blade series.

Awesome design. I've got a concept called Crimson Tides which features characters based on fairy tales set in a Gotham/Sin City like setting. Although my Little Red uses knives instead of guns.
