This is a very thrilling picture. I think the idea of a locust storm wouldn't be a bad idea. I mean think of it this way... The gryphon is running for a reason. It could be that this storm isΒ an annual occurrence during an certain part of the year. Who's to sayΒ that this animal and possibly others are taking the opportunity to enjoy what nature has provided them... Just a thought. Great work all around, especially with the terrain and the gryphon's face.Β

i like the dust though, i think locusts would be too much going on, very good!

Love the transition between spots and stripes, also the first gryphon I've seen with no wings, made it work so well I can believe that this creature exists. Awesome

Maybe adding some blur in the foreground and background would improve it a bit. But other than that this is so good, really fun to look at
