Recovery Command was aware he still had Theta, though. Theta could have been non-threatening. Or maybe the whole Dakota experiment took precedence over normal rules and they allowed it to continue, despite the risks involved?

I agree there. I don't think South was ever going to get an A.I. and probably worked that out.

They probably thought it was cheaper to let rogue agents die in their own time rather than send someone else to do it, until Maine as the Meta came along, that is.

The fanfic I'm writing is sweet in places but ultimately doesn't end well. It is the 'Silence' one of my themes.

Tex wanted to know where the Director was though. *shrugs* I don't know. Hopefully we'll get some answers. Soon.

Yeah, I used to be able to tell them apart because CT was always more sing-songy while Carolina is a bit more authoritative and, in the best way possible, a bit more nasally sounding.

Her name is Lee Eddy . She does the voice of Command in season 6 on. And Satsuki from the anime Happy Lesson (which I KNEW her voice in RvB and it took looking for up to figure out where I'd heard her before.) "Go forth and EXHAUST thyselves!"

She's actually Wash's dispatcher from Recovery One and Reconstruction. She's the one who informed him when South was injured and that the Meta was actually Maine. That's why she's so familiar. She lives to become a part of the Recovery Force.
