Model extracted from the original game by Luxox18
Rigged and ported to XNALara/XPS by me
I rigged this differently from Ellie, you'll see it on the body. Face has two more bones on each side to help posing and added middle eyebrows aswell.
Just because I think these models deserves the time
No extra bones in the backpack this time; I think is not really that necessary and for renderers is not hard to manually pose this. And animators can easilly rig those or add physics effect where they want to.
OPTIONAL ITEMS:

-Lens (from the watch)
-Flashlight
IMPORTANT!
- Requires XPS 11 or higher. Using render group 40/41
- I edited the normal/bump textures to be used with the normal map coordinate system: x+ y+ z+, but XPS 11.0 needs x+ y+ z- for RG 40/41. This is changed back to x+ y + z+ in XPS 11.1. So you'll have to manually change this when you get version 11.1 once it comes out. It can be changed in modify → flags...
I thought this might be important for those who want to do renders and need to know how the textures are edited.

The thing is that right now I have other priorities and even getting stuff from this game takes time. I have to be playing the game and capture the scene with NinjaRipper and then search through the files extracted the neccessary meshes I'm going to port. It's not something I can do in 5 minutes. I have to be focused on it to do it.
It's not that I don't want you to have it before it's done, but if I am going to take the time in searching the stuff I prefer to finish it completely, because at the end I have to do it anyway if I really want to port it.
And I'm not angry or whatsoever, I'm just explaining

Tested it and I think it's great. Even better than Ellie.
The smile control you added on the mouth corners really help make better expressions.
The fingers are rigged like a pro. They don't bend like Gumby.

Probably I'll re-do Ellie in the future. I would like to rig her body the same way I did with Joel. And also add the original flashlight.

Cool! Can you add a bone to make their elbows a little sharper?
To get an idea what I'm talking about, check out street fighter 4 models. They have an extra bone on the elbow. thumbsup:

I'll try it. I think it shouldn't be a problem, but until I don't start I can't really tell.
For the moment it will only be on Ellie, as I have plans of re-doing her body again. Not sure about the face. Facial riggings is usually the worst part for me.

Sería agradable. Hacer todo esto lleva su tiempo, sobre todo a la hora de renderizar las animaciones.
También estoy un poco limitado por mi ordenador, ya tiene sus añitos.
A parte, siempre es una motivación. Y sí que me gustaría tener una pequeña ayuda económica, no te voy a mentir

I've just downloaded this model to remake an old render I did ages ago and never uploaded. I'm yet to play around with him, because the first thing I noticed is that he has a weird blue shine all over his body and I can't, for the life of me, work out why.

Go to options → Lightning parameters ... and enable force shaders v3.0 (if supported). It should fix it.
Anyway, I think you wont have problems if you are doing renders in other programs such as Blender or Max.

Awesome! Thanks. I thought it might be a problem with the specular maps, but all the ones I looked at were black and white, so I couldn't work out why the highlights were appearing blue.
A bit weird, but thanks for your help. Nice work on the model, too!
