I've been working on 4 big oil paintings, which is all good and well as far as variety goes, but sometimes I like to have the feeling that comes with actually having finished a painting
So, I took a break from those and played around with white ink some more.Dandelions are wonderful to paint.
Watercolour and lots of white ink. 16x22 inches.

I am in absolutely in love with all the different shades of blue and white and how well they contrast with the dark background. I also adore the expression on her face and her hair. Painting all of the dandelions must have been a pain though!
