Description Here's part 5 of the Voice Cast list for my series. And this one is a bit more epic, and spiritual, considering who it involves.

Gamera: Stephen Stanton (Ben Kenobi from "Star Wars: Rebels") - This series has proven to be quite the source of controversy ever since it was conceived. The biggest reason being how it was made directly following the cancellation of the epic series, "Star Wars: The Clone Wars". Alot of folks like comparing, and contrasting a show like this, i'll tell you that. But one of the things this show did most excellently was their introduction of Obi-Wan Kenobi - or for canon's sake, Ben Kenobi. With the unfortunate passing of his original actor, Alec Guinness, it was for someone knew to take new to take the reigns as the former master of Anakin, and then short-lived master of Luke Skywalker. The selected choice was a Stephen Stanton, who was also cast as Governor Tarkin in the series, and Clone Wars. And i have to say, he does an excellent job of reflecting Guinness' performance as Obi-Wan. Carrying a sense of wisdom, benevolence, but also a sense of humor that was endearing, given how sassy he could be at times, even in his old age. That goes the same for my depiction of Gamera. In "The Kaiju Chronicles of War", Gamera is an ancient, and powerful warrior who carries great wisdom, and compassion. But is also haunted on a deeper level by all he had experienced in his past, like Ben in regards to Vader, and the clone wars, and the fall of jedi order and the republic. He cares for others, and works to be someone who can guide those with the potential to learn. But he is also strong, and fiercely determined. Someone who will give a true battle for a just cause. Something he shares in common with Ben Kenobi. And why Mr Stanton would be an excellent choice for the Terrapin Guardian. Let's hope he lasts longer than Obi-Wan did in his official debut.

King Caesar/Shiisa: James C Mathis III (Black Panther since "Avengers: Earth's Mightiest Heroes" aired) - I'm sure alot of folks had other choices in mind for this character. And i don't blame any of you for thinking so. But trust me: James C Mathis is a pretty good choice for casting as King Caesar. He's the guy who actually got me interested in Black Panther when he appeared in the hit show "Avengers: Earth's Mightiest Heroes". A cunning, intelligent, wise, benevolent, fierce, intimidating, all around bad-ass performance i had not expected. Also, his voice just seems fitting for one like King Caesar. Especially in my series, who is based on the one KaijuSamurai created - mostly in design, but with some of the backstory. Being a catdog creature, as well as holding those attributes in some of the series i have read online, it made perfect sense to cast someone who was in the feline-related role, and remains that way to make it as badass as it can be.

King Kong: Keith David (Goliath from "Gargoyles") - I'm honestly not really sure if there's much i can say about this. I mean, come on: it's Keith David! His voice is up there along with the big-time voice actors who defined the term bad-ass. Especially in his role as the noble Goliath from the hit-series "Gargoyles". And Kong is a kaiju whom Keith David would fit like a nice, leather glove with ease. Especially if he did indeed channel some of Goliath into the role. Then you have as amazing a performance as you would expect. But what else would expect? Perhaps James Earl Jones?..............though admittingly, that would also be a good choice to go with.

Ikusagami: Corey Burton (Master Yen Sid from Disney) - Here we come to the series equivalent of Dr. Fate: a deity who exists to establish Order in the cosmos against those who would desecrate it. Now, i'm sure i know what some of you are thinking: "If he's supposed to be based on Dr. Fate, then why you cast Oded Faer, or Kevin Michael Richardson, or whoever else voiced Fate/Nabuu?" Simply because, looking at Ikusagami, i didn't feel either voices fit or suited him enough. This is a figure whose mere presence commands authority, and respect. He is a powerful individual who knows many great things, and possesses incredible powers beyond imagining. And when considering a VA, only one other character who came to mind when making comparisons and considerations: Master Yen Sid. A powerful Sorcerer who hold much wisdom, knowledge, and potentially great magic - which isn't surprising, as he is Mickey Mouse's former Master. And even though he is a strict teacher, he is also a caring old mentor figure who has much compassion, and consideration for others. But also, he is a figure who you cannot help but feel imposed by when you see him. Even though his design is simple, it still commands authority, and respect. And Corey Burton is capable of expressing this with every line he speaks for the wizened master. A deep voice that holds much mystery, intrigue, and authority, but is also endearing, and helps give a sense of security. Someone you would want as a master, if you were truly determined to learn the ways of magic, and even the Keyblades. I want Ikusagami to have a similar feel to him with this. Let's just say, when he arrives again, he will act somewhat bitter for reason which will be explained - but will mellow out when something occurs to make it happen. And trust me, he will be quite influential in this series when he arrives.

Part 5 is done, and ready for viewing. Please enjoy, and leave a comment below for your thoughts, and ideas. Always appreciated, they are.

I was considering Travis Willingham originally........but decided against it when i decided Gamera has more qualities similar to ben Kenobi that Roy Mustang.

That's nice appraisal from you. Though in regards to the list, i only went with who i felt was an excellent fit for each role. I'm simply lucky these are some of the most epic, and badass voice actors in the bizz.
