*sigh*  Seriously? Look I don't know how old you are, but my generation only knew the American version of Power Rangers.  Only this year with the SHOUT release have I even had the privilege of even watching the original Zyuranger show, but for me and all my friends we know these characters by their Americanized names.  Also, the person who COMMISSIONED this piece wanted the Cyclopsis name.  I'm sorry if it sounds like I'm pissy but I get kind of tired of being "corrected" by fanboys, as though I need correcting.
I get it.  There's Japanese names and there's American names, just please deal with the fact that my Power Ranger art is going to center on the American names, because it's what I grew up with.

I feel ya, bro. Although I prefer Zyuranger over Mighty Morphin', I think that Lost Galaxy is a little better than Gingaman

Ah, wow this was a while ago   It's kind of funny to look back on how annoyed I was here but I know that at the time I was kind of at a place where I was getting reaaaally tired of anal retentive, fussy fanboys, of any fandom.  I know people who are dub or sub purists, one version over the other purists, and these things would somehow turn into massive arguments and debates and I know especially at the time I was just sick of it.  But honestly the adult me likes certain parts of Zyuranger far more than Mighty Morphin', but most days I would rather just watch MMPR for the nostalgia value.  No fanboy out there can tell me I'm right or wrong in either, because it's just a fandom, and fandoms are supposed to be fun, a word I feel too many fandoms are forgetting the meaning of.  Getting off my soapbox now

Thanks man, and I can't wait to hear how you liked ZyuRanger, it's really a treat for long time Ranger fans to have the show at last to enjoy in pristine format.

Aw thank you.  This was just one of the stand out moments for me as a kid watching the show, the fights were more brutal.  Years later though I finally bought my own Super NES and I HATED this thing in the MMPR game, ARGH he was a pain!

Oh, is that right? Well, sadly for me, i don't remember everything from when i watched the show as a kid, though i remember quite a bit later on. But thankfully, i'm trying to rewatch the show again, so i thankfully i can relive those days. Though i have seen quite a few of the Mighty Morphin' fights, and i can agree on how brutal they can be. Just ask the thunder/white tiger Megazords. And i can imagine this guy being tough in the game, since zords of any kind are by no means pushovers. Especially evil zords. But i still think this one is great. Though i can honestly say that my favorite zords from the MMPR series are the 1st Megazord and, of course, the Dragon Zord, like everyone else, the Thunderzord, and the Shogunzord.

I LOVED the Thunder Mega Zord, that thing was a beautifully designed beast.  I've been kinda hoping the guys commissioning me on these would ask for it one of these days, I'd love the chance.

Yeah, it was. And i actually like when the Zords had like a sense of japanese influence in their design. It makes them look pretty cool. Though i like the other zords too, of course, but i'm just mentioning the kind of Zords i really like. That's why i'm pretty fond of the Shogun zord. Well, don't give up hope. I'm sure they'll ask you to make one of them sooner or later. It just might take a while. But i'm sure it'll be worth it.
