A really well-rendered version of the Kiryu character in the 8-inch scale, a size I wish Bandai would do more of with their monsters but sadly they seemed to have moved away from it in favor of the more typical 6-inch dimensions. Full transparency other than the fact that Kiryu is a nicely re-imagined version of Ghost Godzilla from the abandoned 1995 script I'm really not a big fan of the character. Or, more accurately I'm just not a big fan of the movie. Kiryu is a pretty great Mechagodzilla in design and execution (other tan the lame 2-hour time limit on its powers), but the movie around I've always found more boring than it should be. It puts a bit of a rift between me and the younger fans I've noticed, teens and kids absolutely ADORE the Kiryu saga, while to me they're in my bottom third of favorites, but honestly I guess that's kind of typical in any fandom. Older fans like the older installments, younger kids love the newer ones, it's pretty common.
Either way the toys for Kiryu have been varied and pretty great, and this is still one of the best ones outside of the always amazing Monsterarts line.
