Probably one of the figures I own that's in the worst condition, but it's just a little mini Kiryu toy that once upon a time was attached to the top of a bottlecap. Somewhere along the line the tip of the tail broke off, but since I'm a completionist about this documentation stuff I suppose I need to put it up here.
