Saw this design for a toy from a knock-off Masters of the Universe line called Galaxy Hero, or alternatively Galaxy Warrior or Fighters, watching Phelous' Bootleg Zones show and I immediately fell in love with it, want to find some excuse to use it someday in a story but you have to love the name. Totally 80s, having a steed dragon for your He-Man knock off toyline.
