I neither do enough casual sketches or enough of my fandom materials outside of the kaiju genre, so I wanna do some of these now and then for fun and relaxation. And because I'm an unabashed lover of the silly as hell Ninja Turtles Next Mutation show (seriously it's just a dumb fun show, people, no need to hate), gonna kick off with Mei (Venus) from that show because she is adorable and I wouldn't kick her out of bed for eating crackers.....er, disregard that expression.....

I just love something about every version of the TMNT (admittedly it was harder with the 2014 movie but it wasn't impossible to enjoy parts of it), but the Turtles always need a sister to make thing a little more interesting, usually that spot is taken up by April but since she wasn't IN Next Mutation Venus was to me very necessary. Besides I liked her broken understanding of English

I totally agree with you. There is usually something for all of us in TMNT with its different incarnations. Interesting viewpoint, I always saw April as the older sister. Venus is definitely necessary to the Next Mutation's story. Yeah, her broken understanding of English was fun. Jennika will probably take the little sister role in the IDW TMNT comics. ^^

Believe it or not this is the first I've heard of her, I'm really behind in reading through the Ninja Turtles comics (only just finished the whole of the Mirage run a couple months ago), and hadn't worked up to the IDW era or much after it. So, yeah, interesting, gonna have to look into that once I get there.
