My absolute favorite overall design is by far the 1989 BioGoji suit (and especially the design of the suit worn because the head on the close ups puppet was actually a little different).   farm8.staticflickr.com/7514/15…
It just perfectly sums up every part of the best designs to me and gives off ferocity.  Super close second and third are 1968 DAM design and the G2000 suits, they are brilliant.

Well I greatly appreciate your version of Godzilla because the movie reviewers commented that Godzilla tail had a mind of its own I enjoy the face on the end of the tail. Please keep up the good work

Appreciate that very much, I definitely will keep at it.  it's nice to finally have the time to work on the art again, 8 months of non-stop classes and a job doesn't do much for making progress on art projects.

It's a big spoiler so I apologize for that, but....yes, there are bones in the end of his tail and they are insane   I won't say anymore than that but this is one weird version of Godzilla, and the tail is only a part of it.

XD  Yeah, my initial reactions were pretty flabbergasted, too.  Shin Gojira is an absolute drug trip it sounds like, but what else can I say but "That's Hideaki Anno for you".

I really hope the one they've shown us in the trailers is some kind of 'darkZilla' that our Godzilla has to fight. I don't have much hope for that but I can dream.
