Well, Megalon was worshipped by the Seatopians who were once a surface dwelling race before humanity took over and retreated underground if I am correct by this. Therefore, since Earth is Megalonβs home and also the Seatopianβs home, of course Megalon will defend it from invadersΒ

I cant say definitively what changes I would make, but here are just some thoughts that float around in my head towards this concept and idea. These are just my thoughts though.
I think I would prolong Godzilla Jrs childhood considerably, maybe I dont know.
I think there is a slight confusion here caused by godzilla glut, there are like 5/6 godzillas going on here. I think that some of these godzillas should be comobined, Shin Godzilla and Legendary Godzilla for example are more or less the ultimate forms of Villainous godzilla and Heroic Godzilla, so why not make this literal?
With the Ghost Godzilla heart regenerating into Shin Godzilla, andΒ either Godzilla 2 or 3 becoming legendary godzilla? I know I have commented it before, but I like the idea of Godzilla being flung backwards in time to the beginning of life on earth, and becoming the legendary godzilla through simply surviving millions of years and becoming this hardened ancient creature.
And although hte "ghidorah is made from three tiny little things" origin is lame, maybe somehow there is an ideaΒ there that can be harvested? maybe the battle between godzilla and this youthful ghidorah made in the present was so destructive both had to be thrown backwards in time?
There is also Godzilla Earth... which, I wil lcome out adn say is my least favorite iteration of the character, and I was not overly impressed with the anime trilogy in any way shape or form. And this may come off as controversial, but I kinda wanna connect Godzilla Earth to godzuki, either by making it th adult form and the symbiont fliers to be its young, or just by making godzuki one of those weirdo things.
Or maybe Godzilla Earth is the ultimate form of the more chaotic neutral godzilla depictions, which I tend to think of as Godzilla 3?
I dont know, I am just throwing random ideas out there. Maybe I will write up my own fanonical godzilla timeline. I am warming up to the idea of Godzilla 1 - Shin Godzilla, Godzilla 2 - Legendary, Godzilla 3 - Earth, thought with each of these being the ultimate forms of those godzillas.

So, Toho is planning to make a new cinematic universe after Godzilla vs Kong from Legendary is done, with 1 or 2 movies released each year. Man, if they continue that rate, the new movies will get closer and closer to the date of Operation: Final Wars. That is pretty cool. Godzilla III may have even more adventures coming. If you decide to include these movies into the timeline, of course.

So what is the ending of the Neo universe going to be like? Are Godzilla Earth and the Servum going to be stuck in some kind of turf war with the DRAGMAs?

Good question. From what I understand, the DRAGMAs are the end of the "real" timeline (which we see here), and Godzilla Earth is the end for this prophecied "alternate" timeline. Maybe the DRAGMA are the result of an experiment to prevent the Godzilla Earth timeline to come to fruition?

OK. That last part would actually be pretty cool! I do hope that both Godzilla Earth and the DRAGMAs end up at the end of the timeline. A turf war between those Kaiju, with Super Godzilla, whatever was in Gigamoth's egg, Fire Rodan and possibly Legendary Godzilla, Son of Kong and the other Pharaoh Island creatures being neutral parties, would actually be pretty awesome.

I have an idea that could solve the plot or lengthen it, my idea is based on the Toho Sazer-X series, where the future of humanity is doomed to extinction but they create a plan to avoid their fate and send a group of soldiers with the most advanced weapons (transformable robots) to the past to change history and avoid the end of the human race.
