I made this little critter in November 2016, as a parting gift for a friend/temporary roommate whose favorite animals are turtles.
It was sewn from felt and is rather small, around 8 centimeters from nose to tail if I remember correctly.

I'm not entirely happy with the result - the proportions could be better, and the thick, stiff felt made the seams stand out more than I expected.
However, given that I was on a time limit for both pattern planning and fabric shopping, I guess it turned out quite well.

But most importantly, the recipient loved it, and that's what matters.
