I used photoshop with this tutorial. It was just a tad bit more complex in finding the animator tool.

This is a great, easy to understand tutorial! Thanks much for the help But I have a question: I've made an animation and saved it as Ulead Gif Animator file and it works well. When I save this animation as gif though, it ends up really weird... It seems like the single frames are somewhat 'stacked up' and give smeary lines instead of a proper animation where the pics would follow one after another O.o Uh, it's difficult to describe, sorry But I'd be really glad if you could help me out with this...

um, which screen are you talking about? if you don't have the gif animator, then this makes no sense.
