Yea, uh... Well, I was sketching a little comic when my Mommy came into the room and sat down on the couch, and I didn't really want her to see what I was working on(is there a problem with me being obsessed with privacy? It was not a cheerful comic! (and she dislikes my non-happy art.)), so I saved it and opened up a new canvas and started drawing something else. Then I liked what I drew and kept drawing and coloring and the I decided to use a different shading style...And, well....This was born.I guess, in a way, it's a just doodle. But, I like how it came out, the different style of shading looks really good. And the background was something random I whipped up.. I guess it's supposed to represent jail bars with some funky stone-like gray wall behind them. Even when I'm not trying, I must have symbolism. I MUSST!
So, here you have it. I'ts my wolf OC, Gatsuga (that I seriously do not draw enough.) Yes, his eyes are pink. He's the only character I've ever created with pink eyes. When I designed him way back I decided to do something different with his eyes, I suppose you could say. It looks good on him.
So, huzzah! You guys like?

Oh, it's Gatsuga! I was like, "Who....?" There's something about how you did the shading that I like.....teehee.

Yea, see, it's weird seeing Gatsuga since I hardly draw him. 
The main focus was his eye.
Yea, I've been patrolling Deviantart a lot like I often do, I've just been to lazy to reply to our convos today and I've been drawing. The comic I'm drawing is one of young Dame and Shigi. It's pretty sad. I have to keep extending the page though, since I keep running out of room. Should I make it into an uber long strip or make it into pages? I mean, it's not exactly a coherent story, just more of a scene from their story. I'll end up confusing all my watchers Oh well. It makes sense. I mean, I can always include a bit of background info in the description.

Yeah, I expected Gastsuga to look more, "tough". Guess cause I haven't seen him much. 
Well, you did do a good job bringing the eye to focus; that's all my eye was looking at after scanning the picture.
Yeah, I'm only on DeviantArt for like 3 seconds at a time, checking messages real fast then going back to whatever I'm doing. I've just been typing this side story today- I should be done if I work REAL HARD for like the next couple hours. The whole mood of the story was changed way in the beginning, which I don't know whether I like or not. It was gonna be about Zero's daily relationship with Uncia when the daily tasks are done, but the funny member of his group just turned the story funny. Dang unwanted plot-twists. But I still wanna post it as soon as I'm done. 
I'd say keep adding stuff! As a Shingetsu fan, I'd obviously say that I want to see more of the story (specially the Shigi and Dame bits!). And the description is always there for you to add extra stuff. It depends how much you want to do. If you want to hit your head on the keyboard and cry, don't do any more. XD

Such a pwetty eye... The shading gives it such intensity. Lol,if only there was a wolf in Shingetsu that'd be nice enough to compliment Gatsuga on his eyes.
Huzzah! Writing, I see? You're doing much better than me! (has not really written in two or so weeks). Sounds fun. Yea, sometimes weird stuff happens when you're typing. Characters pop in a change things up. I remember writing chapter 10 and my fingers where flying away at the keyboard...and then suddenly Hirashi came into existence out of the blue and as I kept writing his story came into focus. Then it's like, "Hey, whoa where'd he come from? Oh well. Huzzah! New charrie!"
Oh, so you think it should be a single giant comic strip? Hm, that was what I was doing... Maybe i'll turn it into pages, dunno. Pages look neater, but then people think it'll be a full story. i'll decide when I'm done. Shigi and Dame have an interesting story together, for certain. Their life story will be separate from Shingetsu. It plays a big part in Shingetsu, yes, but it's expanded upon. Huzzah for descriptions~!
Lol, I won't headdesk until I start coloring and doing the backgrounds. Then it's a good bit of work, but me, being stubborn, will go through with it. I want it to be in color.

But I love how you blended that one section of his eye and left the rest to shine- it was an eye catcher!
Eh, you're still better than me at writing- I keep stalling and my Chapter 5 is inching along because of my laziness. Eh, either way, the story is pretty awesome, I had my mom read it. She loved it, but she had to ask me what this one word meant.
Hmmm....now that you mention it........It is a pretty important story. Chop it up into pages, what the heck!

Lol, if Gatsuga heard you say that...Oh my goodness, he'd banish you and throw you in a dungeon in the place that he banishes you. (MLP REFERENCE FTW)
Which section? The blend between the blue shadows in his eyes or the darker pink shadows in his iris? It's a good thing you'd decide to run, I'm not sure if he'd get offended or be flattered... Perhaps he'd pretend to be offended but secretly be very much flattered (because there's a good chance nobody's ever called any part of him pretty. In fact, it's probably been forever since he's gotten a compliment. Maybe to the point where he doesn't remember. Which is awfully sad.)
Oh, why thanks. But man, don't I know that feeling! I've been working on chapter 12 for months! I'm inching along it was well - there are so many scenes in my "Shingetsu Deleted Scenes" file (that I'm certain you're dying to read now that I mention this secret file full of fail...) from it. It's hard to get it right. Oh well. I'll get it right soon enough.
Your mom liked your story? Nice! My mother knows nothing about Shingetsu.... and she probably won't for a very long time. Because she dislikes any of my stuff that's not happy. And Shingetsu is, well... a very tragic story. I don't think it'd work out....
Today she scared me. I was drawing on my comic, and I went into the kitchen to get some water, but my Mommy was heading toward the living room, so I ran past her and got on the computer, then I realized she was just getting a piece of candy from this little candy box thing, and so I said, "Oh, I thought you were going to get on the computer..." Then she came up behind me and jokingly replied, "Why? What are you hiding? Pull up history, let's see what you're hiding." and, even though she was kidding (I think. I hope.) I instantly became nervous, trying to remember if I'd bothered to delete my history when I got of the internet (sometimes I don't. I was pretty sure I had, though, but not completely sure.) I didn't let my nervousness show, though, and replied, "Oh, no, I was, just drawing, see?'and scrolled out a little bit (I had hidden the layer my comic was on though, so all it was was a blank canvas.)
If only I'd been positive I'd deleted my history. Then I could've mega trolled her with the fact there was nothing there. but then she might be suspicious and check history more often. I don't know. But that is something YOU SHOULD NEVER SAY TO ME, BECAUSE NO MATTER HOW YOU MEAN IT, I WILL FEEL LIKE MY PRIVACY HAS BEEN SEVERELY VIOLATED. :3.
Well, it's not exactly a full story. Just sort of a scene thing/little drabble of angst. Chikara(Dame's wife(well, not yet back then) is in too, though she comes off as a bit mean, when she's really not. Just a little suspicious (and maybe she's secretly being a bit possessive of her little Dame-chan )
Although I need to design her before I do the lineart. :3.

The blue blend. :3 It really stands out. Well, I think I might just stay and see how he takes the compliment. If things go well, I'll just have one of Zero's group members with me. (They're called the Othersiders, gotta stop using "Zero's Group" -_- ) Probably the Cobra member of the group, cause she is MEAN. Even Zero's afraid of her. She acts like the girls at school, cept times 70. Or I'd bring the most annoying member of the group, Arpio.....Or.... *will keep naming names*
My mom was ecstatic with it, she wanted me to email it to her, but I haven't finished it. So maybe in a couple of hours. XD She kept giving me compliments.
She doesn't know about Shingetsu?!? What if you're a prolific best seller if you publish it?? Eh, I'm not telling anyone what to do. ^.^ Even though I don't do anything, I get nervous the second my dad asks me to pull up my history. I also get nervous when they ask me if I did something, and even though I didn't do it, I still get nervous! Guess it's the fact that I'm being interrogated. XD But they don't care what I draw- my dad is just annoyed that I draw wolves a lot. I'm like, "But I've been drawig people too..? (Zero). And then he'll ask me to draw a realistic face. But that's out of my skill level (I think), and I don't know why he pushes it on me. It's never bad, I just enjoy my mom's reaction more. :3 She asks me to send it to her so she can post it in Facebook, (but I have a Facebook, so I am completely capable of doing that, XD) and she's just a box of excitement. XD
Well, good luck with that XD But, word of caution, if you delete your history when she asks, she'll feel reeeaaally suspicious. TOUGH JAM. DX
