Eh? I've always been facinated by the tengu legend, ever since I first read about them in the early 80's (via the Time-Life Enchanted World series).

I don't know the refs Kenket has used to draw this Tengu: Ake or simply the same refs you used to build Ake, aka Japanese culture & traditional art websites? So I won't take a side here cuz I simply don't know.
Y'know, if I happened to see someone who's clearly drawing a Fen Gryphon, that'd only prove my concept is kinda good, and I'd thank him for that. I'd probably fav the piece as well if the drawing is good - and it's the case here for this Tengu. Nyokirrr Sacrawez is my on-line avatar for otherkin communities, from me to you I've passed through "it".
Y'know, I don't put on Internet my most precious characters - anthro reptiles with those I'm already beginning a comics. I hope to publish comics one day, and not on the web.

The hypocrisy comes in Swandog lathering praise all over this, and not noting the clearly derivative nature of the tengu, or giving similar praise to Shoes.
