Had WAY too much fun with this, even if there were things I could have done better with.A lot is heavily inspired by Bob Rafei's concept art for the original game. Rather than copy the final design they used for the temple in the Jungle, I sorta mish-mashed a bunch of his concepts into something I liked.
And thanks to Tanya for the tip on Daxter's pose. He looks far more relaxed now. :3

This is a nice change from the more "dark/hardcore" (something I find a little forced, sometimes) edginess of the new Jak game (which is still great, mind you) and the past two games. There's so much from the first game that is unforgettable, so it's nice to see a flashback to that!

The original is my favorite too. ^^ Much as I do enjoy further games in the series, it's all a bit dreary and dismal, and I always get sorta sad thinking that Haven City used to be that beautiful place. XD Lost Frontier is having some pretty places at least. ><
