I need to work on my own pic with Azimuth at some point, but Tanya gave me a great piece to work with for now - plus, Ratchet! :3
PS - Abby loves the crappy little spaceship I threw in there. She's calling it 'Matula' XD

You're one of the few people I know who isn't afraid to go absolutely crazy (in an ordered fashion) with her traditional medias... and does it right! It's a fantastic contrast of style and technique between blending markers in a watercolor-like ef.fect and the minute details of the starts done in a Jackson Pollock's method
I will have to agree on Eno's comment about too much activity going on in the background, but that's been said.

dude so much going on! the detail on the figures is beautiful! I can always count on you to give the characters so much dimension and depth.
however, the background is so crazy and to similar to the colour of the characters that it is very confusing.
I think both background and foreground work as separate pieces but not really together.
either douse the characters or the background with another colour; like red or blue just to differentiate.
as always thanks so much for using my lineart. you rock and you turned this out in such a quick time considering your busy, fucking hectic schedule.

Yeah, I had a little TOO much fun with the Background. XD You know of anyways I can dull the BG a little bit in photoshop, love? I might give it a spin later and see if I can do that. :3
And yes, I will! Right now I need to get more inks for my printer so that I can print him out and transferring (and I have my light box again, yay!....only, I need to buy new bulbs for it too! XD)

If you squint reaaaaaally hard, you can see Spock waving from the window of that totally awesome and TOTALLY functional spacecraft.
Now I think of Spock as a red panda. And Alister is coloured like a red panda...OH GODS.
