my first illustrated fanart of GTA....... it is based as a remake of "Die Proklamation des Deutschen Kaiserreiches" by Anton von Werner, but set in fictional Los Santos, and with Carl Johnson as King, and of course it has Grove Street families, as they proclaim an independent Monarchy with Peronist tendencies under Carl Johnson. And it's not complete, but i will complete it.

Now a story to support this pic. Historian Mode!

"Comrades, and fellow citizens of the new Kingdom! The fog of war approaches as the armies of Hitler and Stalin plan to enslave us and keep us onto their Empires! We do not wish to obey or follow the words of their Gods! We wish to follow our country, and our King, Carl Johnson!" Brian Johnson, the younger brother of Carl, announced to the crowd, with his right hand presenting the King for all to see. All hailed the new King, who led forces against the Imperialists, and now faced the challenge of defeating the 2 empires.

Carl then added
"My fellow men, i have faced battle myself, for i have been in the war of independence and unity of the Jumis against their enemies. Your people and your land need your help, for they gave you a new life! Never lose hope for your fatherland!"

"I hereby declare, as one of Carl's loyal soldiers, that the Kingdom of San Andreas, is an independent nation, deserveth of brotherhood amongst nations, that wishes for a change, a desire to live, and to be kept from Slavery by both sides!" the words that General (later promoted to Marshal) Neji Hyuga referring to "Slavery by both sides" refered to Stalinism, Hitlerism, and Colonialism. He himself was apolitical, but being a friend of Carl, he was loyal to the King himself.

"As the Imperialists of Lordaeron and Zelienna leave, Hitler and Stalin's empire wish to turn us into slaves, as seen with Terabithia, Neo Verona, and several more. We must not let them rule over us! They only see us as cattle, not strong men." Big Smoke added on with the Speech, returning back to the crowd after he finished his words.

"We decree that this shall be a Kingdom, where one's rights are respected, and people shall have honor and nobleness in themselves." This was said by Sweet. Many agreed to have a Justicialist/Peronist Government under Carl and his friends. Each city becomes principalities. Brian (with his girlfriend( later a Mirage III and V ace) Haydée Tebelin) led Los Santos as Princes and Princess, to be King of San Andreas if Carl died, but because of their jobs as fighter pilots, this was postponed until the end of the war. Cesar Vialpando and Kendl ruled San Fierro, while Wu Zi Mu led Las Venturas, its business was allowed by Carl to live, since it belonged to the national economy, and allowed to exist after an agreement that big businesses can live, as long as they pay their taxes well.

Then Ryder added "Death to Slavery, Long Live Carl our King!" and he raised his Mp 40 SMG As others saluted

Despite the ability to unite the masses as one massive, professional army under General Neji, the other men of Carl were not united at all. At times the brothers disagreed. Carl was a staunch Peronist, Sweet was an Integralist, Brian was himself a Futurist (mostly inspired by Haydee), Big Smoke was a Republican Fascist, and Ryder was a follower of Evola, in other words a traditionalist. Despite this, all agreed, that it was more important to have a good government, so there would be little elections needed, and they chose Peronism, even though it was Argentinian, they modified it, and called it Johnsonism.

Well i did this in MS paint (as always) and took me time to draw them individually.

BTW, since i dont want to hear copyright rants, anything that is not mine is not mine. The Art was based on a real painting, but that did not mean i copy pasted it. And since the author died in 1915, and almost 100 years passed already, it is under public domain, but it does not mean i completely own it. But i still did the art (remake)
