i don't understand how on step 3, you get this volume and the shadows in multiply!
you put your color (normal) and you put it in multiply like that?

yes, you got it! the shadows are always in multiply.
the brush must be large and soft..in this drawing the passage is not very clear, sorry X'D

I got a bit confused in step 5. How do I mix the colours in normal? Do I add another normal layer and do something on it, or do I just work on existing normal colour layers and mess with the colours? Or take the colours of the surroundings and add reflective light above the colour layer on another layer? Sorry for the confusion
