I have been working on this tutorial for the last 4 weeks, I think; on and off. Phew, and I am really happy that I managed to finish it.
I wanted to have it done much earlier but I couldn't for various reasons. Now I can work on some other stuff again. ^^
You can download the tutorial if you want. I hope it's helpful and I didn't talk any gibberish.
Be careful though, the filesize is huge! ^^°
Feedback is always appreciated! ^^

hey, great tutorial I'm wondering, what paper do you use? I see it must be very smooth since you're able to make very thin lines on it! in my case, every paper I've tried so far made my copics overflow, which is good if I want some painterly effect, but annoying if I don't ==' xD

KiwiChameleon In reply to Anako-ART [2010-01-18 13:18:11 +0000 UTC]
Thank you. ^^ I usually use normal marker paper; it's thin but I really prefer it to other types of paper.

What a fabulous walkthrough. I really enjoyed it. I like your line art and your coloring style. I must say, the hair is amazingly done and not to mention the galaxy as the background. It is a great art piece. Cheers.

You obviously know how to use your markers ;] I'd LOVE to learn how to use copics since they blend so well and the colors are vibrant, but I'm too scared to Hahaha XD

Thank you so much, hun. ^^ Don't be scared to use markers, they won't bite.

First I'd have to purchase some... I've used them a few times before and found them VERY wonderful... so smooth and blendable (that's not a word haha)
Your tutorial is very good though, I'll have to look at the 'advanced' marker one

I know what you mean. ^^ Though most artists think this about other people's work. One is never satisfied with ones own work.
