Description
This is a tutorial I made so I could share the techniques I've learned in photoshop since I first started. This particular tutorial will teach you how to make rain that can be used as a background for any photomanipulations or digital drawings you might want to do. I really hope this tutorial helps you to figure out a shortcut that will be a time saver over manually drawing your own rain.A special thanks goes out to cosmosue, for giving me the idea to make a tutorial. I will also be releasing tutorials on how to make: Lightning, Fire (both real and cartoony), and Starfields. Chances are my next tutorial won't be til we reach the fall break, as finals draw near, and I have a LOT of work to do.
Another special thanks goes out to my Photoshop instructor, Byron Black. Possibly the most gifted person I have ever met when it comes to Photoshop, and a huge influence to my direction in college, and in life. Without him, I would never know half of the things I've learned in PS. Thanks Byron.
*edit* I originally had this as a picture. But I have moved it to the tutorial section. *smacks forehead* I need to pay more attention to the categories.

Your very welcome. What program do you use?
Yeah, he does have an awesome name, the whole thing (if I didn't show it) is Byron Black. How cool is that?

Very cool ^.^ If my name were Byron (and I had a big enough ego) I would make people call me Lord Byron lol.
I have thing called "veiwahead photo editor software". It either came with my camera or my comp.... I can't afford photoshop

Me too.
I know what you mean. Photoshop is quite expensive. I have the student edition (same thing, I just can't technically sell my artwork as advertisements for companies and what not), which is a lot cheaper. Only $200. Well, I use the term *only* lightly, mind you.

heh heh, yeah, like my violin teacher keeps telling me $500 is cheap for a violin which it it, it's just not easy to process anything over $100 bucks as "cheap"
