Is this an original concept? Her cloths are fantastic, I love them! I might actually 'steal' a few ideas from you (like those unique looking boots and sleeves) if you wouldn't mind.
The figures in the background illustrate motion in a fast but graceful manner, as if she's dodging bullets and returning the fire. I would love to learn more about her. Everything about this picture is so awesome, you so should finish it and add the right lighting and shading, especially to the bullets, it would definitely make them stand out as metallic and close to the camera if you did.

I'm not good enough to come up with this design - Noel is from a video game called BlazBlue, done by a team that always have cool visual designs. The good news is, that means you can learn more about her via the internet, with relative ease!
I'd love to come back to this one and try touching it up - I also always think about the shading that the bullets need when I look at it. Maybe someday...

Hey thanks. It's one of my few coloring jobs that I don't hate...well, not completely, at least.

This is one of the rare times I've liked the color version better than the b&w drawing. Colored, it's much easier to understand what the figures in the background are supposed to be. Nice work!

Yeah, I almost added the background black to the original, because it was so difficult to sort out what was going on in the lineart. It is SO much easier to see with the colors.
I'm glad that you liked it.
