This was an older how-to tutorial so I decided to update it with a fresh look and fresh screen captures! So it seems like deviants get a little confused on how to submit artwork to AnthroCommunity or groups in general. Here is a tutorial to help!

My members can't submit to my group. Why?
Make sure you have submissions ENABLED. To check this do the following:
1. Group
2. Admin area
3. Manage members
4. MembersΒ on gallery, members: Make sure you have the drop down selected to either automatically approved or are subject to vote.. ( choose how many votes and how many entries someone can submit in a given time ( day / month / year ).
Do I need to be a group member to submit to a group?
Depends! Look to see if your group accepts open submissions or if you have to be a member to submit to their group. If you try to submit to their group and aren't able and you are not JOINED in that group, then that indicates they don't have open submissions.
How do I change the group submission limitations?
Go to group -> admin area -> manage members -> members -> on gallery, members: and manage your limitations there in the drop down menu for each folder

Sorry, quick question: for some reason, I can't submit to my group (I'm co-founder). I've already checked the admin center thing, but whenever I try to submit something I get a message that says "An error occurred during submission of unknown deviation. - user is not allowed to use this process". Help please?

Is your folder setup to be submitted to? You might want to check the folders 'exceptions'

Yes it is. I've checked the exceptions and it says the co-founder can administrate and moderate.

I have question: How can I choose to see the submissions to accept them before they go into the group? Do I need to use subject to vote thing? So many settings!Β

Hi!
You have to make this adjustment in your admin settings. So you have to set the global limit to whatever, but then you need to choose how many votes it requires before the submission is accepted / denied 
Just go to admin -> members -> choose your member class and from there you can make those adjustments

How do i know if my art got accepted?

Go to the deviation, on the right hand side you'll see groups. There it will list what groups its in

I'm a group admin. How do I ACCEPT an art?

Under messages in the admin panel or if you look at your messages then go to groups you'll see your gallery que. you can accept and deny from there.

How do you take something you ALREADY posted to your gallery and ALSO post it on your group? If you submit something you already posted will a duplicate show up in your gallery?

There isn't a way to submit to a "Group" when submitting to your own gallery. You can submit the artwork after it's in your gallery.
As far as the duplicate question, I'm not sure what you're asking. If you resubmit artwork then it will show up despite having it already in your gallery if that's what you are asking

Yes it is still there. You don't put a setting on "Global limit".

It doesn't work even for founders. I'm a founder of a group and I can't submit more than 10 images into my own group. What sense does that make?

You can. Under global limit, don't select a #. It should allow you then to submit as many as you need

Try submitting more than 10 images in one of your groups.

Thank you so much! This really has helped me a lot! I have a question, every group I go into only has "Join our Group" or "Suggest a Fav" buttons but does not have a "Submit art" button. Do you know why it's like that?

I'm starting up this group Undertale-ARPG but I can't seem to allow anyone to submit to any folder but featured.

Admin -> Members -> Click on the members you want to change -> right hand side go to GALLERIES -> choose your gallery and then change the settings!

Do they have any guidelines on submissions? Usually a group will state whether or not they allow open submissions ( meaning you don't have to be a member to submit )

Do they allow you to submit to that folder/gallery? If it isn't an option, then the group doesn't allow your particular group to submit to that folder.
