Hmm... wonder what's going on here? My best guess... and this is not rude for once... is that it's Hearts and Hooves day, and Cheerilee dos NOT want a repeat of last year, so is going to tie Mac up somewhere she can keep an eye on him, taking care of him for the day, at which point she realises she does actually have feelings for him, and she sheepishly places a kiss on the tip of his muzzle after untying him.
He reciprocates, and as they are in a secluded cabin from the town, she guides him into the cozy bedroom where she lays upon the bed, winking over her shoulder at him and they...
... so much for keeping it clean, huh?

Not sure what Wynnefox had against the shoulders and collarbone, I think it looks fine. It's adorable and, strangely, it fits. The style reminds me of of atryl, though definitely different since atryl has a habit of exaggerating proportions (which helps with the cutesy stuff).
This pic is definitely eye candy for me.
