Aah, I love the emotions in this piece. You can see completely what Celestia is thinking with her sister, and you showed their royalty status very well in their posture and composure. I'd say the expressions are spot-on.

I have one complaint. The whole area around Luna is very dark. If you squint your eyes, she clashes with the rest of the picture. I'm not quite sure how you might go about fixing this, but that's what I have to say. Maybe add more shade around the right side of the piece?

This whole piece is remarkably well colored; as usual, I can't help but admire it. A random detail that especially stands out to me is the reflection of the frisbee on Celestia's horn. It's a subtle but really nice touch. Great job as usual!

I'm guessing that catching it on her horn cause Celestia to move her head and that knocked over the drink. Because my mind is bending a bit trying to figure out how it could have bounced from the glass to her horn...

The Frisbee hit Celestia's horn, which caused her to loose her concentration for a moment, enough to drop the drink from her telekinetic grip.

Similar to how Sweetie Belle caused Rarity to drop the Free Foal Press paper in "Ponyville Confidential"

The way I imagine it happening is that Celestia had her head lowered to read the book and happened to take a drink from the glass when the disk hit her face; one end of the disk hanging on the tip of her horn, while the opposite end struck the glass, knocking it over. She then raised her head to see where the offending projectile had come from when she spots Dash standing in front of her.
