FAQ
Q: the TEXTURES were applied to the model in [insert your 3d application] but appear not to fit right on (they appear to be all over the mesh with some black patches).
A: depending on your software it may be necessary to flip the textures horizontally.

Q: When smoothing the model (before or during the rendering ) the TEXTURES become jagged and small black spots appear in some places.
A: This is caused when the uv's get smoothed with the mesh. just disable the uv smoothing in the appropriate options.

You need to create a material, add the texture to it and then assign the material to the model.

Okey, but I have one thing. In UV texture option I need to rotate model, if I want put texture like tail normal but with all parts of ponies is good. And yeah, one part from applejack model is not rotated normal, but I fix this. So, I need to work with your ponies in Maya, like edit textures, add skeleton and other options.

No, the base models are .obj files, but if you actually read the description, you'd know that they have been ported to source engine (the one that says gmod, but they've been used in TF2 and SFM, though you should use the latest revamp models for SFM because the old ones weren't optimized for it), Halo Custom Edition, Poser, Blender and Flash (as augmented reality models) not just MMD.
