This is a very nice painting style and I like the combination of typical painting shading with the crosshatch you have going. Though I would have used a bit more crosshatching because it seems like you didn't use it quite enough. I only see it being used in about 4 to 5 different spots (which is fine but it's making it look a little out of place)
Another thing I noticed is the lack of eye shine on Pinkie. I could be wrong and it could have been intended to be like that but to me personally it makes her look a little off since Fluttershy DOES have the eye shine. Just a little consistency nitpicking.
I like the simplicity you did with the background and I honestly admire how you did the trees. My only complaint with it is just more consistency issues (Fluttershy's tree being a different color than the others which again could have been intentional.
Again this is serious nitpicking.
The expressions, anatomy, shading and the rest are really REALLY well done. It's a very cute might I add suggestive concept and is overall a nice little scene, I admit I laughed out loud when I saw it. I know for a fact if it makes me laugh out loud your artwork has done its job!

You are right about the crosshatching, it would have been better to either remove it or use it more ofter throughout the picture.
Pinkie's eyes are supposed to have that "soulless" or "leering" feel that is sometimes used in manga styles. Though I suppose a very soft ambient reflection could have been added to them anyway.
