I make it a policy not to Critique things that I couldn't match in skill.
As an admirer though, I love a lot about.
I love the shine in Fluttershy's eyes, you captured it perfectly. I also like how you used pink and purple for the shading, it adds a lot to the contrast.
I like your style of art, I've browsed your galleries and it all looks cool.
It looks kind of... sketchy... no... but its really cool and you always seem to get emotions just right.
I'm not very good beyond using a pencil and paper, so really I have no right to judge this, because i have no expertise.
The subject matter helps too, I absolutely love fluttershy.

Fluttershy has such a nice sparkle to her eyes here, and it looks as though she's really enjoying her day at the beach. You also made the background very pretty too, and I quite like the shades of blue you chose for the sky. Very lovely artwork.
