The second I saw this picture, I immediately fell in love with it. The facial expressions shown on Fluttershy and Pinkie Pie are amazing. The art style, and surrounding scenery pulled the entire picture together.
I've never quite seen anything like this before, and got a well deserved five star rating for originality.
For technique, this brushes up on what I stated in the beginning. The art style and facial expressions are phenomenal, and being able to see what (assuming you ship PinkieShy) Fluttershy will go through to let Pinkie Pie enjoy herself.
Impact gets a five star, for a truly amazing PinkieShy picture that is definitely one of my top 3 PinkieShy pictures.
Overall an amazing picture that I loved looking at.

OMFG! That is SOOOOOOOOOOOO ADORABLE!!!!!!! AHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!! ( heart of SophTheHedgie64 then proceeds to explode, causing her to go to Tartarus, then causing her to look at this pic for the rest of her somewhat undead life which means her heart will keep exploding and to wake up to see the pic Everytime. Which now results in hell. ) But honest to Celestia, this is adorable. Just got a little carried away with my story. Sorry. ( I then proceed to blush awkwardly. )

Exclaimed Pinkie Pie while Fluttershy was groaning with the effort to maintain her friend in the air with the rope.
Pinkie Pie: *giggle* This is so much fun!
Fluttershy: P-pinkie! *groan* I c-can't hold *groan* anymore....
Pinkie Pie: Come on Fluttershy! I know you can do it! A last swing and....
Fluttershy: I can't hold it...
The yello pegasus who couldn't hold Pinkie Pie anymore let go of the end of the rope.
Pinkie Pie: What? Ahhhhhh!
Pinkie dropped instantly in the water with a splash!
Fluttershy: Oh no! Pinkie!!! Pinkie! Are you alright?
The pink pony regained surface with her mane flat on her head and spitting water. She was laughting with a big smile on her face.
Pinkie Pie: I'm okay Fluttershy! But you should have warmed me before...
Fluttershy: I-I know.... I-I'm sorry.
Pinkie Pie: No biggie Fluttershy. I was going to jump anyway. And get wet. Look! I found this in my fall!
Intrigued, Fluttershy descended close to Pinkie Pie to take a look. Pinkie Pie was holding a shell in her hoof.
Fluttershy: Oh! What a beautiful shell! Where did you found it?
Pinkie Pie: When I fell, I went to the bottom of the sea.... which is not deep around here... and I found it there.
Fluttershy: Ummmm.... Pinkie? You better put it back there. Or it will be away from its family....
Pinkie Pie: Awwww.... Do I really have to? It's so shiny....
Fluttershy: I know it's hard.... b-but it's better that it lives in its natural environment. You know? Among the other sea creatures?
Pinkie Pie was watching the shell with a tear in her eye.
Pinkie Pie: Okie, dokie. Here you go little guy.
She dropped the shell in the water and sighted at the same time, a air of sadness on her face.
Fluttershy: I'm proud of you Pinkie. It will be happier in the ocean.
Pinkie Pie: Yeah. But now mister star will feel alone....
