Download for full size! It's hugeRedid my Fox color chart from a little over 5 months ago for my Fox Avatars on Second Life. I included the rest of the colors I had planned, but didn't have room for, from my last one (file got way too big).
It's gonna be a challenge to texture all of these guys, but it will be done!
All of these foxes, except the bottom 4, are actual color mutations of a red fox.
Only the red, cross, silver, grey, and arctic foxes (summer and winter) occur naturally in the wild. All the other fox colors on this chart only occur through selective breeding.

Edit: The "Shadow" fox is actually a ranched mutation of the Arctic fox, so I will be excluding it from my fox av colors due to it looking exactly like the arctic fox, only much bigger.

Is it just me, or do the Platinum (I think that's what it says? The top row third one over) and the Whitemark (Again, I think that is what it says. It's below the previously mentioned one.) have the same coloring as border collies? I love border collies!

Nice work. You don't see too many Cross Foxes in artwork. I think most people don't know they exist since they are so rare in the wild.

I love all the marble colors to bits, hehe. If I ever get a pet fox, that's the color I need. So spotty n cute <3

It's not really an original idea, as I know of a couple others who have done/will be doing the same colors more or less

Yep, as far as I know, I was the first one to do marble patterns (albeit highly toonified ones) though Luskwood may have had some, I don't recall. Another av maker made marbles not long after me, then everyone else started doing it. I'm glad of it, there used to be so little diversity on the grid. Everything was red foxes and gray wolves, boring!
That said, Kris's are my favorite ranch color foxes.

Yeah, yours were the first ever ones I saw lol I don't remember seeing any from luskwood, but I know cheetah kitty did marbles in a few rainbow colors. I don't think werehouse did any marbles..actually yours and lost furest were the only ones I knew of before I started mine lol
