Description
This here's a medium sized Tylosaurine striking a Dolichorhynchops from below, Great White style; much of a surprise to a passing Nyctosaurus..."Realizes I made the Nyctosaurus MASSIVELY oversized"

man ... i've been so concentrated on finding the growth rate of spinosaurids and confirming tyrannosaurids...
i think i'll start drawing wacky ideas for dinosaurs,
but man i would give anything to see that in real life...

Ahh, Bagaraatan art thou a cruel mistress to organize Phylogenically... XD Also, I've heard a new theory on the origin of Spinosaur sails... Early Spinosauroids were often the Bulkiest if not largest theropods in their habitat, presumably to reduce the harassment from equally sized predators. For example, Baryonyx's contemporary Apex Predator, Neovenator, was likely 700 Lb's less than the early spinosauroid...
As time went on, and populations shifted, the much larger Carcharodontosaurs became contemporary Apex predators, leading to to the much larger Suchomimus, and even later, Spinosaurus, developing larger and larger sizes, even developing those trademark sails in order to deter unwanted attention from the local giants... "Well, I guess your thinking what about Oxalaia... Well, it is possible that giant Abelisaurs like Ekrixinatosaurus lead to massive Spinosaur sizes as well.."

Wow thats so cool! so spinosaurids got their sails because of other predators ay?
thats pretty cool, and if i'm correct they all kept the same growth rate, which is pretty outstanding (still have to prove it though)

Well, it's only a theory... That's odd, I figured that the larger ones would have had a faster growth rate; Oh well... XD

well i'm not quite sure on speed and i don't know if i'm using the right words
all i know is that every 1ft it gets in height (at the hips) it gets 3.3ft longer...
its only an estimation but if you divide 40ft (lets say for the suchomimus) by 3.3, you should get a sum close to 12 (which is its estimated hieght)
it also works on other spinosaurids like baryonyx, and hopefully its the same for spinosaurus...
