Freshly cut wheat field in western Oklahoma.Due to a late freeze in March that hurt many crops in Oklahoma, several farmers have bailed their wheat fields into hay instead of harvesting the grain in an attempt to salvage some sort of value. Wheat harvest should begin in the area in early June.
