I had to redo Twilight's face at least three times, because she had "Filly-Face", and while not bad, just wasn't what I was going for.Why are they fighting? I will leave that up to you.
For those who don't know: Hasbro originally released (is releasing?) this castle/marriage play set with the white unicorn in the picture named Shining Armor, whom has recently been named as Twilight Sparkle's brother in the upcoming season 2 two part finale.

Shinning Armor: What do you mean sis ?
Twilight: Get ready to fight capitan of the royal guards, today I m here to show you what your little sis has learned, we will settle who is better at magic here and now !
Shinning Armor: I accept your chalenge, but I wont go easy on you, so give me your all, show me how much you learned !
And the epic battle start.

The Equestrian Civil War had been dragging on for over two and half years now. What started what seemed as one of Luna's hissy fits had escalated into a full scale conflict which had engulfed Equestria. Twilight, forever the faithful student, immediately joined Celestia and become a top member of the ranks of the Solar Empire. Her Brother Shining Armor was General of the Army of Noon and one of Celestia's top soldiers. The two siblings were confident that order would be restored soon. But the battles and losses, defections, and joinings, just kept coming and coming. No matter how much she tried to deny it...The Solar Empire was losing the war. And worse yet, Princess Celestia was becoming more desperate and refusing to yield on any front. The arrests, the suicide missions, the totalitarian will being enforced on Imperial Territories, Princess was refusing to give up one iota of her power. Doubt was beginning to grow in the heart of Twilight Sparkle. Twilight was not sure when it began, but it may have started when Spike ran away to join the New Lunar Republic, his duties long relegated to others and being neglected by Twilight. It really started after the Arcane Bombing of Dodge Junction where many civilians were killed including Sweetie Belle and the parents of Rarity, who defected shortly after. Fluttershy joined the Republic after Princess Celestia refused to evac hundreds of soldiers during the Siege of Cloudsdale instead sending them all to their deaths at the hooves the Pegasi and their pikes. Celestia was non-repentant and after executing captured Republic soldiers at the Skirmish of Fillydelphia Twilight was forced to make the most difficult decision of her life. It was clear that Celestia had lost control and the only way to save her would be to betray her. She quietly packed her things and prepared to travel to the Everfree forest, a stronghold of Luna. But her ever loyal brother was waiting for her...and she had to learn the most bitter facts about war...it divides people.
