Description
(description mostly c&p from older deviation [link] )This is Nakamura Amaya’s sword materialized personification, his name is Cerberu which comes from a mixture of the Latin for horned viper: Cerastes Cerastes (which refers to his owner Amaya), the three-headed hound of Hades, Cerberus (meaning: “demon of the pit”), and Subaru, a Japanese word meaning “unite”. Cerberu is a cherub with four heads, one that is an eagle, one that is a wolf, one that is an ox (you can only see the ox-head's horns in this picture), and one that is a man. He has hoofed feet like those of a bull and two conjoined pairs of blood-red wings. He is the element of fire, and combusts anything he casts his eyes upon. He and Amaya don't really get on.
Edit: I forgot to mention, Cerberu is in Amaya's soul room (scrubland) in this picture.
I'm so glad I finally got round to making this picture; Amaya and Cerberu have been in desperate need of a redesign since I first created them in 2006

This is brilliant, a great character design and really well drawn. I love your use of characters from mythology, I wish angels actually looked like this in children's movies and books.

X/ oh, that should NOT count as Anthro. Y!gal is a retard. that's Kemonomimi, tops.
i mean, to merpeople count as antro? U~.~ i don't know. i've about had it with those people.
anyway, he's kool. is he an old-school Angel from the old testament?

Yeah he is I much prefer traditional angels to the cleaned-up modern day fairy-things
I was sort of sad about the anthro thing; I did have the anthropomorphic filter on, but I can't do that anymore so I have to watch all anthro just to submit one character that features a few animal parts (which wouldn't ever be the focus of the picture anyway) I'm not too bothered, but I'll have to put the anthro filter back on eventually, then I won't be able to see my own picture
I have nothing against anthropomorphic characters, it's just that I joined y! to see sexy men, not sexy animal-men

i understand completely. Maybe you could ask for a second opinion since that first person CLEARLY was an idiot. mermen and centaurs and snake guys are kemonomimis.
